Underprivileged groups in regions outside from Malaysia.
The compassion and will to help.
Great Heart Charity Association teams up with overseas NGOs to help the local underprivileged groups in those regions. Volunteers from Malaysia, who show interest in joining the project will then gather funds of their own to organise the event. These volunteers will also cover for their own traveling expenses throughout the whole event journey.
Past Year Activities:
Great Heart volunteers spent a day with 120 children from Yellow Generation Wave (YGW) Orphanage in MoeNyo Town Western Bago Division. The Great Heart team, who prepared meals and distributed food and toys, warmly welcomed by the children ranging from 6 months to 15 years old.
Great Heart Charity joined an international charity initiative held in rural areas of Chiang Mai from 30th Nov – 3rd December 2015. The joint effort by the non-profit organizations helped more than 2,000 needy people in the region.
