Showing Miracle in Loving Everyone: Contribution Program

Showing Miracle in Loving Everyone (SMILE 4.0) program is a contribution program that is hosted by Welfare Exco of Persatuan Kaunseling University Malaya (PERKUM). To ensure the success of this program, we will collaborate with the Great Heart Charity Association. Our goal is to raise RM2,000.00 so that we may provide meals for the hungry at the Pusat Pembelajaran Komuniti Chow Kit in Kuala Lumpur. Besides assisting the less fortunate at the community center, Welfare Exco of Persatuan Kaunseling University Malaya (PERKUM) hopes this program also encourages mutual assistance and teamwork in order to accomplish the goal. It also includes expressing gratitude for what each member of the association who participates in it has.

“If you can’t feed hundred of people, then feed just once”

Being kind is a choice, a choice we can rejoice...

Being a social worker, a full-time volunteer, we pave our way together to make the world greater.

Nothing can stop us from doing good, from being kind and from the love we share to those we care.

Greetings and good day, I am now raising funds for an incredible cause, one that inspires me and makes me believe that we can all believe and work together to help and care for those in need.

My target is RM3,000.00 and I hope to achieve my target by the end of the fundraiser.

For every donation of RM50 & above, request me a story, a poem or any special request, as long as it's in my power and ability, I will do my best to fulfill on any.

The Greener Good

For The Greener Good is an online fundraising campaign held by a group of Sunway University Psychology students aiming to sustainably lighten the burden of those facing food insecurity.

The funds raised will go towards helping maintain the community garden at Great Heart Charity Community Centre. The harvested crops from the community garden will then be distributed to the underprivileged.

Our mission is to spread social awareness about food insecurity in Malaysia and to create greater change for the greener good. If you would like to help those in need, it is as simple as our slogan! Simply donate, and we will plant and feed.

You & Me : Gracious Givers

You & Me is a knowledge sharing sessions and are conducted for school and university students so that they initiate and organise charity projects with Great Heart partnering them as mentor and funder.

We are Diploma in Hotel Management students from Sunway University. We are organizing a fundraising “Gracious Givers” in order to help the orphanage which called Persatuan dan Kebajikan Social Kim Loo Ting.

The mission of Gracious givers is to help the orphanage in Malaysia that having financial problems during this pandemic.

Our goals is to help the orphanage to have less economic pressure.

Help us and help these orphans. Your contribution is the greatest credit. The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention.

第五届耕心慈善晚宴2016
一年一度的耕心慈善晚宴“愛心之夜”即將在11月18日位於好想吃海鮮大酒家進行。今年晚宴主题为耕心”亮”我心，也聚集了耕心捐款人士，受惠人士以及义工。我们也开放10桌邀请中心的老人和孤儿们前来，您也可以捐款让他们一同共襄盛举，每桌RM1,000。當天所籌的款項將成為六大慈善項目的用途。入席票价钱为2000令吉、1500令吉及1000令吉。即每张票卷是200令吉、150令吉及100令吉。

8. CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PROGRAM

Great Heart Charity Association collaborates with like-minded parties such as corporations and organizations to achieve a similar objective – give back to society. Throughout the years, we have been actively engaged in CSR activities in several ways:

1) Beneficiaries of the Activities/Campaign

Be it a monetary or in-kind donation, we are constantly looking for support on our ongoing programs and activities and to cater to more underprivileged groups. Contact us for more information on our initiative.

2) Charity Partner

a) Assist to plan out CSR Program

The administrative cost will be charged at RM35/manhour. Collaborators may state their interests (e.g. location, budget, number of staff involved, and preferred date/month) for us to proceed with project planning and execution. While collaborators bear the full cost of the activity, we source ideal beneficiaries and helps organize suitable and meaningful activities.

b) Joint partnership

Different parties come together for a joint effort in organizing a campaign or project. Each party is assigned different roles and tasks, such as advertising, groundwork, liaison, etc. Administrative costs may be charged.

3) Manpower Assistance

Collaborators may participate in our ongoing volunteering opportunities. However, it is usually limited and based on a first come first serve basis.

Complimentary Services

As an appreciation, we offer mentions on social media platforms and quarterly reports, and sometimes assist to write and submit press releases.
