耕心慈善出资RM8000 协助完成 SK Seafield 3 的校舍食堂扩建。随着学生人数的日益增加而校舍食堂开始不敷使用，甚至学生们因为餐桌数量太少而直接在地上盘腿就坐吃饭的景象已经司空见惯。

希望食堂的扩建能让莘莘学子有更良好的学习环境，教育就是知福，惜福，再造福。

Great Heart Charity had sponsored SK Seafield 3 for Rm8000 to help the primary student there to enlarged their school canteen. When Great Heart first heard of the school principal saying that the school canteen is over-occupied and the students needed to sit on the floor to have their meal, we could not believe what we just heard. It is really heartbreaking for us to even imagine what the student had gone through, to have their meal on the dirty floor because there isnt enough space in the Canteen.

Now, with the help from Great Heart Charity and other generous sponsors, Sk Seafield 3 had finally enlarged their school canteen and approximately 700+ of their students had been benefited from our help. We felt really grateful to be able to lend a helping hand and lead the student in Sk Seafield 3 enjoy their meal on the table with a roof over their head.

“关爱你 关爱我 教育计划”讲座分享会

YOU AND ME EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM 

To cultivate a caring society, charity should be considered as a form of education. The implementation of charity cultures into schools serves to act as a kick start for students to organize community projects voluntarily while enhancing their self-development. 

Recently, Great Heart Charity has organized a charity seminar talk in Chong Hwa high school with the participation of 54 students representing from 33 different societies and clubs.

Great Heart Charity encouraged the students to utilize their strength and leadership skill in leading their clubs and societies to organize and participate in charity work. Through You and Me Educational Program, Great Heart Charity will serve as a mentor in providing guidance in terms of financial support and consultation to students throughout the charity project planning.

“什么是慈善？给人一个微笑，一句鼓励的话，散播正能量给予身边的人，也是慈善，做慈善没有限定于物质上的援助。。” 耕心慈善协会秘书徐瑞宝、活动策划邓妙慧与叶佳绿，日前在巴生中华独中进行 “关爱你 关爱我 教育计划” 讲座分享会。

参与的54位学生是来自该校的33个社团的干部代表，藉由这个机会与学生互动与交流，希望学生能举办社区活动，善用自己的专长贡献于弱势群体。在这一项“关爱你 关爱我 教育计划”里，耕心慈善协会将会提供指导和资金给予学生作为支持与鼓励。

A total of 180 students have participated in the session and actively shared their opinions on “What charity means to you” and charity works. Understanding their strength and ability, most of them offered to contribute to charity with their culinary skills apart from contributing in terms of time and monetary support.

“关爱你 关爱我 教育计划”讲座分享会

“你对慈善的定义是什么？”我们对慈善的定义都可以不一样，但一样的是我们都有一颗助人的心。

日前， 耕心慈善协会的代表分别在同样是烹饪学院的Global EDU Training Centre, ASEAN Culinary Academy 和ASEAN Hospitality and Tourism College 进行了 “关爱你 关爱我 教育计划” 讲座分享会。

共有180名学生踊跃的参与了这3场的分享会，并纷纷地分享了自己对慈善的定义和心得。有的愿意贡献时间造福社会、有的愿意提供金钱上的扶持，更多的愿意使用自己烹饪的专长为慈善出一份力。

慈善不仅仅是为了助人，而是如何长远性的助人。这就是“关爱你 关爱我 教育计划”想为学生们所带来的讯息。

“What does charity means to you?” We could have many version of definitions, but what truly connects us is the selfless heart.

Great Heart Charity Association has recently conducted “You and Me Educational Program” sharing session in three Culinary institutions: Global EDU Training Centre (Klang), ASEAN Culinary Academy (Setia Alam) and ASEAN Hospitality and Tourism College (Morib).

Last Friday, You and Me Educational Program was conducted in Taylor’s University Lakeside campus. The attendees were lively and bright students from Taylor’s University Pharmacy Students’ Society (TuPSS).

Through this sharing session, the students are made aware of the role they can play in charity. Many great ideas were brought up in the sharing session to address the social issues most important to them.

“We need to find the root of the cause to properly combat the issue”, said Jia Li, the representative from Great Heart.
Some projects proposed were free tuition to the underprivileged to combat illiteracy and talks as well as rehabilitation centers to combat drug abuse.

You & Me Educational Program aims to aid the students in executing their ideas into feasible projects. We hope to see many more young minds involving themselves in charity.

“关爱你，关爱我”教育计划讲座与上礼拜在泰莱大学进行，出席者是来自于Taylor’s University Pharmacy Students’ Society (TuPSS) 的药剂学学员。

“我们要解决问题必须先找出问题的根源”，耕心慈善的代表，温嘉丽说道。

学生们所提议的计划包括为弱势群体缺乏教育的问题提供免费补习班和讲座，以及为毒品瘾君子设立康复中心。“关爱你，关爱我”教育计划希望把学生的想法落实为可行的项目，也希望能培养年轻学子对社会责任的能力。

通过这个讲座，学生们意识到他们对慈善的责任。他们纷纷针对现今的社会问题地提出了不同的意见和看法。

早前于五月尾，耕心慈善代表向 AIESEC in Malaysia, Sunway 和 UTAR Community Service Society – Sg Long Campus 分享了“关爱你，关爱我教育计划的讲座”。身为活跃的志愿团体，两个团体都同样的秉持着回馈社会的愿景。

“我觉得慈善是一个回馈人道主义的机会。”AIESEC in Sunway的Mike分享自己对慈善的定义。当然，慈善是一种回馈，但它更多与启发他人一同回馈。

“慈善没有退休可言，一个人的力量也能改变世界，” UTAR CSS的会员，Tan Jaw Tzuu说道。“慈善是为每个人制造平等的机会。这个世界很冷漠，人们很自私，只懂得关心自己。所以慈善应该要从自己做起”。而“从自己做起”正是【关爱你，关爱我教育计划】所要在学生上培养的习惯。

In late May, You and Me Educational Program was conducted in Sunway University and UTAR Sg Long with attendees from  AIESEC in Malaysia, Sunway and UTAR Community Service Society – Sg Long Campus.

Being an active voluntary bodies in the universities, both AIESEC in Sunway and UTAR CCS hold strong to the value of delivering positive impact to the society.

“I think it is an opportunity to contribute back to humanism”, said Mike, one of the AIESECers when they were asked about their definition on charity. Indeed, charity is about contributing, but it speaks more about inspiring others to re-contribute.

“There is no retirement in charity and no one is too small to make a change”, said Tan Jaw Tzuu, one of the member in UTAR CSS. “Charity is about creating equality among the people. The world is unconcerned and selfish and that we have to take the lead to change the people and the world”. Taking the lead is indeed the result we wish to develop on the students after every You & Me Educational Program.
