To reduce the burden on bereavement care services during the pandemic, Great Heart Charity Association and Persatuan Kebajikan Kasih Semadi has initiated this Condolence Aid Project to provide a one-off RM500 condolence aid to B40 families in need.

 

Required documents:

1. B40 proof (E.g. BSH letter, proof of income, Project Perumahan Rakyat’s residents, etc.)
2. Copy of death certificate
3. Invoice of bereavement care services
4. Relationship proof between applicant and deceased (E.g. marriage or birth certificate, etc.)
5. Photo of applicant’s bank statement
*If needed, other supporting documents will be requested (E.g. Copy of Applicant’s and family members’ IC, etc)
*Priority goes to applications with complete submission of documents.

Conditions:

1. Open to B40 Malaysian who have experienced a lost of family member.
2. Aid is only provided ONCE to a direct family member (spouse/child) or next of kin of the deceased.
3. Registration period: Valid for ONE MONTH after the death of the deceased.
4. Applicant must have a valid Malaysian bank account, with applicant’s IC name.
