ABOUT FULFILLING 100 WISHES PROJECT
This year, we continue the spirit of the dandelion from 2025, gently spreading hope and
warmth to every corner of society, especially those often overlooked, so that more
underprivileged individuals with dreams in their hearts can feel seen and understood.
Every fulfilled wish is not just a moment of a dream coming true; it is also a continuation of
love and a testament to courage in life.
For this year’s Fulfilling 100 wishes project, we aim to seek cases and stories that are even
more impactful and moving. Dreams filled with resilience, courage, and inspiration not only
touch hearts but also encourage greater social awareness and participation, allowing
kindness to flow from person to person and hope to continue in every story.
Fulfilling a 100 wishes project is more than a moment of granting a wish,it is a journey full of
warmth.
This is a three-year programme, carried out in three phases, to provide ongoing care,
support, and companionship.
Through this journey, we hope to:
- Let every dream be seen.
- Let every story be heard.
- And let every act of kindness shine a light for others.
Direction for Case Selection
1. People striving to live despite adversity
Examples include those facing challenges due to poverty, illness, or life changes, yet
continue to live with strength and hope for the future. These cases often best
demonstrate resilience and optimism.
2. People who have been quietly giving for a long time
Examples include single parents supporting their families alone, family members
caring for long-term patients, or grassroots community workers. They often give to
others but rarely allow themselves to wish for something.
3. People whose dreams are difficult to achieve due to environmental limitations
Examples include children with learning or talent aspirations, elderly seeking
renewed motivation, or underprivileged groups wanting to restart their lives. With a
little support, their lives may see new possibilities.
4. Cases with positive social value
If a story showcases kindness, perseverance, family bonds, or social care, it is more
likely to resonate with the public and encourage others to join in acts of goodwill.
Direction for “Wish Item Fulfilment”
In the past, we often received requests for specific items to fulfil a dream. This year, we will
continue to help applicants achieve their wishes based on their actual needs.
When evaluating cases, we aim to understand the impact and meaning of the requested
item, whether it can help improve their life, open new possibilities, or even create future
social value. We will also continue to follow up on each case.
Examples:
- A cancer patient wishes for a bicycle to complete a cycling trip around the island
within their limited time, creating precious and meaningful memories. - A young person with entrepreneurial dreams wishes for a computer or smartphone,
enabling them to learn skills, find opportunities, and gradually start a business,
creating new possibilities for themselves and society.
Programme Timeline:
- April 2026 – November 2026 (Phase 1)
- 2027 (Phase 2)
- 2028 (Phase 3)
Coverage: Nationwide
